Why these numbers work

The scope is deliberately narrow, work starts from reusable starter patterns for sign-in, the app shell, and deployment rather than a blank repository, and PiFlow takes on three to four projects a month. Anything outside the agreed scope, such as payments or integrations, is priced as its own pack instead of hidden in the base price.

Rescue comes before growth

Production Stabilization is for apps that need targeted fixes and monitoring before it is safe to add more product scope.

Hosting, ownership, and support boundaries

Managed support means PiFlow manages deployment, configuration, monitoring, vendor coordination, troubleshooting, and support on third-party platforms.

PiFlow is not the underlying hosting, cloud, database, or infrastructure provider.

If PiFlow keeps operating the app after launch or review, an active support plan is the default.

If you want to run the app yourself, use Code Ownership/self-hosting or a documented support pause.

Code Ownership transfers the client-specific repository and deployment path. PiFlow's reusable starter kit, templates, and internal tools are not transferred.

Trust and fine print

Scope, acceptance criteria, exclusions, and post-launch path are written before work starts.
Extra work is quoted before it begins, not added silently.
Technical Discovery is diagnostic by default; production fixes require scoped paid work.
Support plans are bounded monthly services, not unlimited retainers.
PiFlow takes on three to four projects a month to protect delivery quality.
Support response times are business-hours response targets, not guaranteed resolution times.
Eligible new-build sprints use a day-5 refund checkpoint, with the conditions set out in the SOW.
No guarantees of uptime, revenue, conversions, or regulatory compliance.
